The Shnider Group LLC provides training and education information for businesses and works hard to exceed the expectations of our users.

INDIVIDUAL COURSES AND PRODUCTS
Individual courses/lessons that are purchased are 100% guaranteed. A full refund will be offered within the first 14 days of purchase. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases (non-subscription) made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a
full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day expiration, The Shnider Group LLC will provide the user with a 50% credit to be applied to future purchases. This benefit is offered to each user (excluding subscriptions) on a one-time basis. The refund or credit will be issued within 30 days from cancellation via the same method that payment was made.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Subscription services are offered for an unlimited period. Subscribers are required to have a payment method on file (credit card, or VISA/Master Card debit card.) Each month, your payment will be automatically charged. The cost of the monthly subscription will not be prorated. The payment applies to the calendar month. If payment is not made due to a denial of the payment method or for any other reason, The Shnider Group LLC has the authority to unsubscribe (suspend) the user for any of the current and future items, until full amount due is received. If the subscriber cancels their subscription, the subscription will be cancelled as of the end of the current payment period. Refunds for partial months are not provided.
